[Help] Default VIP for users [Help]

Hello DevBest!
I wanna have all users that register to have vip with the commands that comes for it, but in phoenix 3.11.0's database there is a diffrent tabel in the sql for vip were the commands is and not in the premissions tabel. So i have to do it by hand every time and that is just a pain.

Does any one have a mysql tabel for the commands or a easy way to fix?
