Yes, commands are in the emulator.
Open it up with C# and you will see it there.

changing mottos :
source>virtual>users>virtualUserRoom.cs (something called like that) open it and search the motto then edit it . also in virtualUserRoom2.cs

I am not sure if its called virtualUserRoom or virtualRoomUser but anyway its something like that and its located in users folder!
