[HELP] Badges won't appear in "Achieved badges" [Phoenix 3.11.0]

Hello, so basically when I give someone/ me a badge, and reload client, and when they/I looked "Achieved badges", nothin appears [Not even a non-loading badge]. See this screenie for more info:

What I have tried is emptying the user_badges table but no use Can someone help me?

Make sure that they have received a popup window from the client saying that they received a badge.... and make sure the badge exists. Try to let them re-login (log-put then log-in).

I'm not a noob who dont know whats re-login. -,- BTW I am sure the badge exists [I only tried common badges like adm badge. And why do users want to re-login? This looks like a bug and doesn't look like not receiving badges..

Maybe the user_id in the badges table isn't reading the same as the users table. Try to reset your db I would say.

But my hotel is like have more users online. I may do what you say if it is a test hotel. But what to say... It's like a well-known hotel so can't do anything/

Just say you're having a roll-back.

I believe you're using the 3.11.0 cracked by Quackster then, as you always used cracks.
