[HELP] Badge Descriptions?

Hello!
I was wondering how the badge descriptions on Habbo for achievements get the numbers in them.. Example:

"30 levels"

whereas on phoenix or any other emulator:

"0 pets"
I want it to say "x pets" (Depending on how many the achievement is worth)

If anyone knows, then I would be very grateful
Please don't say it is external texts.. and if you don't know, don't reply.
