Help Adding Customs To My Hotel

I'm new to owning retros, and my friend passed it down to me and another friend. We have about 10 loyal users, which is nice. I'm currently wanting to make it more fun for them, by adding customs, but i'm finding this quite difficult. The picture doesn't load on my hotel. If anyone can show me the correct way of making them work, i'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Would be more help if you post wha emulator you're using so we know if there is any problems with it or so on.

As in the picture, you mean the actual furniture?
Did you clear cache after adding it?
Did you add the swf file for it?
