[Help] 500 - Internal server error

Hello, so i've been trying to make a retro on my vps, i followed this tutorial

You must be registered for see links

However, when i go on my site it says
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Have you installed URL Rewrite? Check your IIS Manager and see if your PHP is set. If you don't have the PHP Manager installed, download it manually.

ive added php manager, its still not working
Edit: i'm re installing windows on a fresh server, i'll update this thread if ive the error again

Error fixed by re installing from scratch, thanks for everyone who helped
