Yeah, i've been working on a nice one on localhost.im hoping that top stats page is only temporarily because it looks really generic
Cheers boss, *touches nose*Looks a little same old same old.. but a nice hotel overall! btw whats the point in logging votes through your own private voting api?
I have ever cookie vars set when you are banned so if you've ever advertised then you'll be hard pressed to get back online.Looks nice, growing community. Never been on and when I registered I got banned?
Just the betting process, stop scammingDoes your casino bot just handle the betting process or the entire game aswell? Wanted to create a bot for a while now that monitors the game and automatically calculates the winner. Only set-back I had was I didn't want it to take away from the users experience (i.e do everything, roll for the user ext). Curios too see yours in action, or if it's just to handle the bet pre game and nothing else.
Looks good though!

Is this optional? It handles the entire dice game.
EDIT:
Coded a type game lobby system that generates a room invisible to the navigator with dice in it and sends the users to said room, and disposes of it after (it's not cached in the database btw).
The bot also counts the dice and determines the winner automatically and returns the items = no scamming.
Will allow users to use their own casino designs in the future (server copies the room into another invisible non-cached room).
I have little involvement with the website (It'd be Node.js if it was my decision) but in regards to all hotel aspects, we're taking them slowly... pushing minimal updates at a time. From a previous debate with you, I wasn't going to bother, so I thought I'd check it out and give you an honest review.
From registering the CMS looked a little Disneyland (just too much going on - although sometimes nice). I prefer a more modern look, keep it simple, it goes a long way!
Upon entering the client I liked the customise your outfit and choose a default room, noticing picking a room has no effect I was quite disappointed.
Reminded me exactly like Peace, same economy same starting room, same commands.
Hotel said 42 online when I logged in yet this is the navigator? You must be registered for see links
I'll give you credit for the latest development here, like the Casino Dealing bot, good work there.
Yeah, just an optional feature that is used to eliminate scamming and plus it's kinda cool I guess. Is this optional?
I see your point there, but a lot of things are faster in practice, such as network communication without encryption but people still use these methods for security measures so I guess it just depends on how you weigh it and why this feature is optional.I like the idea of the Casino bot, but it seems more effective in theory than in practice. Casino games typically go by pretty fast. From both my experience in playing and watching casino games, a game for 1dino (for example) can go up to 4rw in under 40 seconds. Trading the bot and waiting for that whole process to initialize for 1 game, inbetween each game will eat up a lot of time in aggregate, and is an onerous task in general. Nevertheless, goodluck.
JMG is right, there is something Fishy. Habsay is the only hotel on this little analysis I made that has less users in rooms as a percentage of users online, than it has of users not in rooms.Went on again and checked the navigator compared to online users. Not sure what you guys are doing but it doesn’t add up!
Gotta agree here though, when I checked this out a few days ago the online count said 84 and it soon became apparent that it probably fake (what hotel is really going to have 50% users on hotel view) P.s if you wanna see Peaks for your analysis let me know in PM I can sort that to show ours is all legit! You must be registered for see links
Peak would probably be a bit of an outlier too, seeing as you can't not be in a room Nice statistics though - Certainly strangeYou must be registered for see links
-Here is a standard deviation and z-score calculation for each hotel I listed on the post I made before. But this time excluding Zipto (an outlier) and peak (peak was already excluded, but i can add it in, just pm me please HDN).
As you can see, Habsay is -2.31 Standard deviations away from the mean. To understand what this means look at this guassian curve below.
You must be registered for see links
And also you can compare this z-score to the other hotels that I've done a quick analysis on to derive your own conclusions
It's a bit of a tease, somebody logs in, votes, ooo 60 online! Logs in to see 8 in rooms and most of them are just idle. It's quite clever to bait people into entering the client/voting though. The users online count certainly is strange compared to the navigator, but I couldn't say it'd be the first hotel I've seen like that. Just going off counting the navigator would produce me results like 200 users when the website says 500 (Boon).
The emulator considers every TCP client connected a user online (which is why you see high numbers when we get flooded) so that could be another link.
To clear up any unnecessary confusion we may just end up adding an nline command where you can see the list of users by their name and what room they're in. Nevertheless an online count means less to me than whether someone decides on playing because of it.
