Hey DevBest users once again, 
Here is another cool thing i found on my laptop and thought id share it with you guys, because i havent seen it on devbest before.
So basically its a habbo meme marker
~ Download You can click
~ How do you use this?
Very simple! You have the folder, you take everything out, and you put it on your localhost, server etc. (i've only used this once still figuring out how i got it to work the first time) once i find out ill release a proper tutorial for people who want to use this.
