Hello Devbest,
Anyone would take a rate on my first Habbo Avatar?

It took me 10-25 minutes of my time.

Pre' basic, you could slightly edit your avatar to make it slightly realistic, here's something I done a year back. Sorta' like the Godfather.
In my one you can see the avatar is very detailed. But since it's your first try, I'd give it 6.5/10 for the background, and outline. EDIT: found some of my other shit.

Nice picture , maybe add a black and white border around the whole image to make it stand out a bit more
