GTE or Database Problem

Hello!

I am gonna ask for help, the error that I want to tell come when:

I've been 10 mins in my room and then gonna enter for next room. Its disconnected.
If within 1 mins it doesn't disconnect me when entering next room.
I got this error on inspect element when disconnected:

errorCode = Error caught when handling _-0z4::RoomSessionEvent: Error #1065
