I waited until the download was finish, I extracted everything but not trainer.exe and I open up sa-mp.exe and it worked perfectly.

It's a virus, brah.
Just because it's detected by an anti-virus doesn't mean it's a virus, hacking tools use the same properties as an virus.

But still, just do what the original poster said unless you want to take the risk and want to use hacking tools (which is stupidical.)

The one I used. Radio doesn't work but that doesn't matter. If you are planning to install mods download CLEO as this will make it a lot easier. You do need CLEO mods though.

Hmm, why not try piratebay?
I know it's blocked for some people but you'll figure something out.

I got a fully working one from there, radio worked aswell.

You do not *need* CLEO modifications at all, they're completely unneccessary.

Don't extract 'trainer.exe' as stated above as it has been detected as a virus, and until proven otherwise - leave it at that. The file is not required to play so just leave it alone. I honestly think unless you have limited data that you may aswell download the regular uncompressed version as you will have a fuckload of extracting to do.
