Freeze Hotel

every 3/4 hours my hotel freezes, no one can walk back only after about 4 minutes.

Have you tried to see if there's any errors on console when you do F12?

Sounds to me like if your client is freezing, then that has to do with CPUs or the hardware you have, not being able to handle the data/packets being sent. How much RAM is your server?
