Flood Timer?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to make the flood timer too a lesser amount of time, instead of the usual 30s I want it to be 5, but only for Mods+. I know its possible because I've seen it happen on other hotels. :$

Edit that in the permissions_ranks table.

Your db - permissions_rank - look for "flood_time" and change it to however long you want.
