Feedback First Animated Banner

This is the first ever animated Banner I've ever made.
It's for my friend who owns a hotel named HabCast.
Please rate it out of 10 and give me feedback.
I also wanted to go for a design which seemed unique to other hotels, yet modern at the same time:
