FigureData or FigureMap not working

My items are just black squares and the user figures don't work. I think its figuredata. What are the fixes?

So your saying your furniture "items" are black boxes correct? and your avatar is transparent?

Your Swfs aren't linked correctly if both Furniture & Avatar isn't working.
