Favicon! ;D

I know its not much, I think the forum would be a little nicer with a favicon.

Shouldn't take to long to add to the forum.

Just makes bookmarks look a little nicer. Also if anyone pins tabs in their browser. (I know I do with my most visited.) Just saves you time when you know which ones are what when they are pinned.

I agree Devbest could do with a nice Favicon but it's not important... the forums are still updating so all that "miniature" shizz will be added soon.
