How do i fix this?
I tried

But it only says : #1060 - Duplicate column name 'effectM'

I'm not using that catalogue so can't help you with that, but with the Phoenix error I had that the other day. I had to go into my catalogue and delete the last things I'd added to it, and then Phoenix loaded up fine for me.

Just search the colum "EffectM" in your database and delete that
