Domain is loading twice

Hello, i recently set up a retro, r63
i had it working for a while, but my router got re-set and so did the ip i was using
after editing my config replacing the old links to the new one's i tried to load my hotel using my ip i set
and for some reason it dose this when i type my ip (ill use a fake ip)

5.123.123.123
will then change to
5.123.123.123/5.123.123.123

I aint using hamachi my ports are opend it is aloud in my firewall and other people can see the site, but have the same issue
i have to type 5.123.123.123/index if i want to access it, but then all my site is messed up
but thats because my ip keeps dubbling
i checked config ect cant seam to see anythin all i did was replace ip with my new one

if im in wrong section im sorry not really sure where it should be as i never had this
i am using xampp for now.
any help would be grate
