DIY iPhone 3GS speaker

Right well A few month ago I had a magnet in my pocket at work and it stuck to my phone..then the loudspeaker stopped working..do you think if I buy the part that it will correct the problem?

Here's the part, looks piss easy to fix and think I might order it..suggestions?

sure it should fix my sound as it seams speaker is only broken?

It does buy I still want sound through speaker ring tone etc..

In that case the replacement should do the job, as the sound card is still working.
