[DB Problem] Whats the problem with this? [DB Problem]

The following database wont go into PHPMYADMIN and it comes up with a lot of errors, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO FOR IT TO GO ON! much appreciated!

Please tell me why it wont go into phpmyadmin!

I get an unavailable when I click that link, but try to use Navicat to import the db.

Can you give me the direct download link you got it from? The file is becoming corrupt once I open it.
