Convert and ADD PhoenixPHP CCS to phpretro cms

I keep asking this question to myself how to change the look of the cms, i heared it's easy like putting files on but i don't know how , i means converting phoenixphp look to a phpretro look, can someone give me a tutorial ?! Thanks

Maybe edit the CMS around, change the CSS, such as this hotel

Yeh but i wan't to convert a PhoenixPHP look to a v26 CMS look can you explain me more ?!

It's not as easy as adding the phpretro CSS because you would have to change the coding on EVERY page as that is how phoenixPHP works, I may in future make a Versipn of MyCMS that looks like this.
