GTA V Console Modding?

I'm curious to know if there has been anything released yet on Modding Ps4/Xbox One versions of GTA V i know there has been a bunch of bullshit ones released where people are just trying to get people to fill out surveys and crap but is there anything legit been released?

I've seen a couple on youtube but there are also alot of comments claiming there virus's and shit and i'm not to keen aha
