Client Stuck at 76

My RP is stuck at 76% for users, but works on the VPs. I edited the client.php, SWFs, opened ports etc...

Have you checked error logs? Are you sure the ports are open?

You must be registered for see links

Look at the developer console, does it show you anything?

If it works on the VPS then it's a config, ports problem or the links are wrong to connect outside of the VPS.

Ports won't open. However they are setup correctly. Is it possible that IIS was setup wrong? I ran into this issue before myself and just started over and it seemed to work.

Yeah it will be this tutorial if it's a cloud server, I setup something on a cloud server and couldn't get it to work a while ago, had no idea why. Wish I had this tutorial then
