Make sure the emulator is running. If it is, does it display anything on it when you load the hotel????? Also please post your external vars.

Not that they are "way updated" but they probally aren't even configured for him so they won't work. He should just download some swf's and use them.
The reason is clear in your this image :
it clearly shows that the swf pack you are using is upgraded i think its an r63b dont know well but if you are using phx they should never work either change swfs can u give us a screen-shot of your emu when u connect to the client

If you just downloaded the latest swf's from swf project it may not work. Try to use a swf pack posted on a forum (in habbo releases) or use the recommended phoenix swf's for your version.
Also, devbest does not offer support for cracked phoenix licenses.

If you read above, he uses a cracked Emulator. If you knew the rules of this section, we don't support cracked.
But I'd heavily advise you to buy a license or use BcStorm/r63b or r63 based emulation.
