Is Messing Up My Client D/C.

I recommend using Phoenix 3.11 EMU (Latest version)

Anyways try logging in and logging out.

still the connection ip dropped and the client disconnects.
I changed my users ip_last to the ip connected to the emulator.

Check Firewall, it might be blocking incoming connections. Or you could re-check your config for your CMS and Emu (Make sure the ports, IPs match and the SWFs links are not broken).
