:Change ui command and disabling builders club? [PLUS EMULATOR REVISION 2]

Hey so i need two things. 1. How do i disable builders club on new ui? it makes me lag and i want to turn it off but cant find it in external variables? 2. I need someone to make command to plus emu revision 2 that would be :changeui and it would change between latest habbo user interface and the older one.
and btw this is my first post ever
