Catalogue R63 Pheonix 3.7 glitch

So we opened a new hotel, been online for about 24 hours. Before we opened it the catalogue had a slight glitch where users at Rank 1 couldn't see "Wired" or whatever was at the bottom. We tried changing order numbers, we tried changing EMU's, tried switching catalogues, done all 3 together. And the glitch is back!

What I see (Rank 7):

What they see (Rank 1):

You must be registered for see links

They are missing WIRED and have WAASA sticking out!

I was hoping someone could tell me if its maybe a furnidata glitch? external variables? I have no idea tbh I have tried everything I could think of! Thanks!

It's in your database. Changing EMU's does nothing.

Hmm, you could go and edit your Catalogue sections & items in the DB. But, I am pretty sure it's the external variables.

So, what you do for external varibales is go in your docs & search for:
external_variables.txt / While in there add this line into it:
" catalog.furniture.animation=true "

It shall resolve your issue well in most cases.

It's in your database. Changing EMU's does nothing.

I have looked in the DB, we have wiped the database. It has nothing to do with the database trust me its impossible. We wiped EVERYTHING!

You need to have the higher ranks at the end because of the dumb way phoenix does this.

This is what it looks like<-- I deleted Pixel Shop thinking that would help, It didn't. Ecotron is visible, wired isn't, and the rest is ranked 2+ (it goes down from higher ranks)
