Catalog & Permissions?

Basically, when I change the rank_permissions table, save it and :update_permissions nothing changes.
All ranks still have each and every command.

I'm having the same problem with the catalog. I can edit the catalog, but when I set the min_rank to, for instance, 6, any rank above 1 are able to access it.

I'm using Navicat Premium on R63.

Yes of course.

This normally occurs when there is a missing field - that's what happened with me. Best way for rank_permissions is to reset the table with the default Phoenix one, and then add the ranks.

Might fix catalogue issue too.

but I tried this and it didn't resolve it
