Can't run emu HELP!!

Alright when I click on my emu it says "Silverware emu has stopped working" tbh can't screenshot because I'm on my desktop and it doesn't have screenshot

Did I not do something right? In the background it says a whole bunch of stuff like "The system cannot find the file specified" blah blah blah etc
