Okay so I recently downloaded

and I am running Xampp 1.7.3 and I set up Localhost ect but when I put the cms files into htdocs and do localhost/install it says link or something is broken?

and when I just type localhost the page is blank?

Edit the config in the includes folder.

Isn't that what localhost.install post to do for me?

Don't believe it worked in there as the thread Rasta posted a long time ago had you go in the config and edit it.
