Be a bit more specific, what exactly do you need help with? "Graphics" is a pretty broad field.

The program I use is Adobe Photoshop CC 2014. Its more advanced than Paint.NET, more features etc.

• If you are a student, you can subscribe to Creative Clouded provided by adobe which is 19.99$ a month. However you have access to download any of the adobe programs.

My opinion the best software to use for graphic design is probably Photoshop.
If you would like to know how to use it etc.. you can look on Youtube, there is many you can pick.

pixlr.com/editor is good as well. Not as hyandy as ps though.
