Brain Cms configuration error?

I'm posting on behalf of a friend who's used the braincms and when the client loads it's just showing up this error >>

I've never seen this error before. Although it might look easy for you lot i have no idea. thanks for the help. Using PlusEmu

That's what I meant lol I was in the middle of a 3 hour lecture and couldn't really think -: College sucks sometimes.
