boon plus emu mod tools error?

hi everyone =}.

so im having an issue when you press user info > mod action > cuation > and when u type the message and press send caution / other cuation this pops up and prevents you from sending anything?? if you know how to fix hmu =}

there the only mod actions i got am i missing tables or is thtat right?
