BobbaRP CMS not connecting.

Hi,

Just wondering if there is anyone who has set these files up before as I want to use this as a base (possibly)

I've setup everything correctly, although I'm stuck at the 'localhost' page and getting a white page with the text "Nous revenons." which translates in English to "We return."

Any help would be much appreciated.
