Logo is too flashy for me aswell as what Liam said. Looks like your typical Habboon rip. Shouldn't boast about uniqueness if it's all mainstream usage of other people's work. Goodluck otherwise I guess lol.

It's been up longer than a month, just another post like everyone elses.
Considering I know the owners I can see that this hotel has potential, they are both dedicated to keeping the hotel open and updated as it goes through the months and try their best to keep everything running perfectly. I can vouch and say its a good friendly hotel to hop on and have a chat or even drop some potential ideas for them to improve.

That being said, I think this is a fresh take with a nice professional staff team and many ideas. Would be nice to see a better CMS design up front, or a matching values page, however, good work man

The CMS design in general is getting a massive change to be more updated and responsive, and the values page may be themed similar to the main site.

Thanks to @Jeffrey, we are pleased to announce that Bobba received a major face lift of the entire CMS all together. We have decided to make it public for everyone to get the feel but remember, it's considered in its "BETA" stages as we're still working on things and it's enhancing its functionality.

In the next update:

1. End of WebPay (Shop Services) as a separate site, and merged into Bobba's main infrastructure.
2. Values will be integrated into the main site as well and will display correct information to users that want to trade rares along with furniture to keep the economy stabilized.
3. Client will function just like Habbo; it will pre-load the content as well as the ability to minimize and/or maximize the client so you can surf the web without getting disconnected.
4. Mini mail for communication from Staff to an individual user.
