Hey Devbest,
I know that there's alot of thread of this problem, but none of them solved my problem yet. When I bought my VPS, I transfered the files. I edited the Vars, and CMS config to the VPS ip. Yet, the hotel client still black.. Idk :L

There is a few possible issues;
- You might be using a proxy if you are run these sqls(if you use phoenix)
UPDATE server_settings SET enable_securesessions = '0';
UPDATE server_settings SET enable_antiddos = '1';
UPDATE server_settings SET ip_lastforbans = '1';
- Firewall
You may need to open port 30000 in your firewall;
- Go to start menu

- Finally enter the name, I normally just put 'Client' then press finish.

I only quickly put this together if you need any help just ask me.
