Go in to your bcstorm folder >HabboEvents and then open Incoming.cs
Search for:

Incoming.HandleWallItem

Replace it with:

Incoming.HandleWallItem = 2621;

*UPDATED* download bcstorm again. i think i have removed all the buggs now.

Have you sorted out the issue having to do with the inventory? causing it not to load. Same with rooms and what not.

Yes. i just uploaded the emulator i used on my hotel (bcstrom) and i think all buggs are fixed.
