BCStorm English Stuff Release

Alright this will be pretty simple to do if your running BC-Storm Emulator on MYSQL and using navicat and you are looking for the English Catalog and Commands.ini are there.

Step 1: Upload SQLS in Navicat on your MYSQL Server for your database.

Step 2: Putting the Commands.ini in the right place which should be C:\Users\Kevin\Desktop\Emulator\bin\Debug\System or something like that also commands.ini allows you to edit the staff commands and user commands. Enjoy.
