Check in your variables to see if your path to the swfs are correct. And then clear your browser's cache.

Make sure your swfs are setup correctly. KyleVonnie created a fantastic tutorial on how to setup a r63b hotel with BcStorm on IIS.

I have a feeling it's either your SWFs or that you haven't linked your SWFs within your CMS correctly.

I can't find cms_settings in my database .... :s and server_settings neither
