Honestly, they're awful. Doesn't seem like you put effort in at all. The background is 75% of the design, so make sure the text fits with it. Saying that, practising will only make you better. Good luck.

Colors are way too dark, if i had to choose between those two banner i'd like to choose the first one cause the blue color on the second is just... argh..
