I am not the developer of Arcturus. That is @TheGeneral however, I do run the largest UK based hotel using it, and have over 8 months of experience using the emulator and figuring out bugs. Instead of users pm'ing me if you have any problems please post here.

This will allow any others with the same problems to find the solutions.
