NO TEAMVIEWER OR SKYPE IS RUNNING AND THEN IT SAYS APACHE RUNS.

happend to me on 1.7.7 de-instal it and re-instal it

then install 1.7.4

make sure you de-install your older version first

just do what that guy said netstat -a or whatever it just says what programs are running on what port ;P

, this is how the command I gave works. It will show if what ports are used, or do what Moogly said. Do netstat -a

You have missing some files, make sure you install the full process.
