Another iPhone question: Ability to upgrade to iOS 9 beta 5

So to begin with the iPhone problem with the '''No service'' is not yet fixed but I would also like to add another question and that's that I've recently downloaded iOS 9 beta 3 and I've seen people who've actually iOS Beta 5 and I would like to know how to get that fixed because I've see that they've added new things to it that even I would like to try - No I'm not going to pay to be able to upgrade with the whole UDID non-sense because I just want to try it and if I don't like it then I'm always able to downgrade again.

Any tips on how to get this done please reply ASAP!
