Another Guy stuck at 76%

Hey Guys,
I´m stuck at 76% with the BrainCMS and the PlusEMU.

Can´t post links so I just Attached all the things you need. Can´t upload .php so I made them .txt .
(Redone this post know 3 times because of this )

Pls just ignore the https. It´s 04:19 (now 04:31) and I´m a bit tired by know so I apologize if the error is obvious .

are u using plusemu? did u edit your external_override_variables and open ports 30000,30001 in windows firewall with advanced security for outbound and inbound rules?

Yes, I´m using plusemu. The external_override_variables is empty and I did open 30000,30001. Don´t exactly know what you mean with advanced security but I think I did that as well.
Any other Idea what I´m doing wrong ? I didn´t open up the ports in my rooter but as far as I know when its localhost I don´t have to do that. Do I ?
 
I once again tried another "PRODUCTION-201604132204-637539863" swf. Still stuck on 76%. I read that theres a Chrome function (F12) in wich I can look at the consol. Unfortunaly it only works on normal non-flash sites as far as I noticed. I attached the updated files down below (didn´t changed the conif.ini from the plusemu).

This might seem odd, but did you import that badge definitions .sql to your database?
That was what was keeping me at 76% at one stage. I simply truncated the table and then everything worked.

I just redid the whole thing and everything works now. Don´t know where the issue was. Still thanks for the input.
