An idea monitor for dual screening?

Thinking of buying a monitor now as I have some monies spare. Basically, want to buy the same monitor 2 months from now for my birthday so I can dual screen. I'm after a monitor that is VGA/DVI/HDMI & has a resolution of 1920x1080. However, I've seen a shit tonne online but most have a chunky bezel, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a monitor that has a thin bezel and is reasonably priced. Idea screen size - 22"

Also i think the screen I posted is better, same res, lower bezel, not glossy (glossy is gross), IPS, mine doesn't have HDMI but it comes with an HDMI to DVI cable. Also it's $50 cheaper (in USD)

Yes, it uses VGA so it can work on something like the Commodore 64 if you wanted.
