i am wondering if yous could advice me on the best vps company's with reasonable prizes and domain companies to host my habbo retro on

Domain, 100% Namecheap.
VPS, I'd reccomend GIGANetworks, very fast servers - I've had my server with them for over 3 months, and not had one issue with it. Would most certainly reccomend it.
