Admin Powers Not Working

Hey

I am on a vps hosted r63b retro and none of the admin powers work. Are they a fix for this or tutorial to resolve this problem and yes i am at the required rank.

Yeah. see my hosting company set it up and they have got r63b under beta testing but when i create a hotel on localhost with r63b everything worked great
