Adding furniture to arcturus and Nitro

I want to know how to add furniture to Arcturus and Nitro.

Nitro:

Last time I got a tutorial for nitro but I can't get it right.

Acturus:
Also wants to know how to add it, I ran a search on Google and did not come across anything in terms of tutorials
