I wouldn't ever advise looking for staff on here, advertise it yourself and hire people who've shown dedication and loyalty, mainly most people who look here are after the rank only.

The best staff members you'll find here are general developers; however it's clear to see who in the section is legitimate. (Githubs) But as for general rank fillers; I advise only hiring within your users to keep them interested
