500 - Internal Server Error

I had installed Illuminia CMS on a xampp server, then on my iis server. It worked with .htaccess on both. I had installed helicon ape prior to installing it on my iis server. I tried a couple different CMS on my iis server, finally deciding to go back to illuminia cms. So I have and I am just being issued the 500 internal server error. I've done everything I know to fix the issue. Latest thing I have done is made a import.htaccess file and went to url rewrite for the specific site imported the import.htaccess file and and applied. Got the converted file of web.config. Still getting 500 - internal server error. I really need help with this. Can anyone offer any support at all please?
